Wisconsin Supreme Court Race

CRNC Day of Action: March 8, 2025

Election Day: April 1, 2025

OUR PLAN

We will be making calls and knocking on doors to connect with voters and get out the Republican vote throughout the cycle. On March 8 we will host a day of action, hosting remote phone banks and deploying College Republicans from across the country to knock doors in Wisconsin.

THE RACE

The Wisconsin Supreme Court is the state's highest court and final authority on matters of state law. It is made up of seven elected justices servicing ten-year terms, who are officially nonpartisan but receive endorsements from the political parties. Currently, the liberals hold a 4-3 majority, but one of them is retiring, creating an opening for conservatives to regain the majority.

GET INVOLVED

You can join the effort by making calls (individually or with your chapter), knocking doors (either when you have time if you live locally or traveling to the state for our day of action), or hosting a phone bank (during our day of action or some other time!). Parents and supporters can join in by making a donation to support our work.

Day of Action FAQs

  • First, you should decide how you want to participate. You can choose between

    • making calls from campus on your own,

    • hosting a phone bank for your chapter, or just among your friends if you’re not in chapter leadership, and

    • knocking doors in Wisconsin.

Next, let us know how you want to participate so that we can send you more details, as they are available.

  • You find & reserve a space on campus, announce the event, and recruit your friends and chapters members.

We provide training, technical support, and access to a program that allows you to make calls to voters and record responses all within one app. We’ll also provide for and a prize for the top performer!

Plus, every chapter that makes 10k calls on March 8 will receive a custom, chapter-specific banner.

  • Here's the rough outline of activities. A detailed itinerary will be sent to registrants a few days in advance.

Friday. A limited number of flights are available. To inquire, please email staff@crnc.org. Additionally, partial travel reimbursements are available (see details below). We’ll provide dinner and likely have a few activities in the evening like making calls, stuffing envelopes, or assembling yard signs. You’ll check into your hotel room (provided by CRNC) that you’ll be sharing with another College Republican of the same sex.

Saturday. We’ll get up bright and early, eat some breakfast and have a quick kickoff. Everyone will receive training and education so they are fully prepared to engage with voters at the door. Once everyone is feeling confident, we will head out to knock on doors. We’ll take a break for lunch then head back out for a second shift of knocking on doors. After that, we’ll gather again for dinner and prizes. The evening will be free time you can use as you please.

Sunday. On there will be one final shift of knocking on doors for those whose departures are late in the day.

If you’re not available for the full weekend of events, you’re welcome to join us for any portion! There are 3 shifts of door knocking (Saturday AM, Saturday PM, and Sunday), and you're welcome to join for any or all of them.

If your travel is provided by the CRNC, if you’re seeking reimbursement, or if you are staying in a hotel room provided by the CRNC, you will be expected to knock a minimum of 100 doors.

  • FREE!

Not only is it free to participate, but also you don’t have to pay for food or lodging! Additionally, a limited number of flights are being provided (contact staff@crnc.org to inquire) and partial travel reimbursements are available.

Lodging is provided for College Republican members traveling more than 60 miles who agree to knock at least 100 doors total.

Anyone who cancels within 48 hours of the deployment or who fails to attend without an excused absence will be billed for the cost of their attendance up to $200.
